Creating high reliability Organization management expertise
Our methodology is consistent with the family of standards relating to risk management codified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 31000:2009, ISO 35001, ISO 35010:2009 and ISO 21500 Guidance on Project Management standard). Our risk assessment is based on a full description of work being done (location, buildings, equipment, technology, people, organisms, vectors, activities and work flow). This approach allows hospitals and laboratories to utilize platforms, such as iPads and phones, to create an always-on hazard vulnerability analysis (HVA) with a visual read-out of hazards, vulnerabilities and risks interventions by location within a facility.
